I cannot express how fantastic GVM and Norma Murphy have been. Norma from the get go, assisted in every way possible and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale of my parents house . Norma showed understanding and empathy through a very difficult time .Norma also took time out of work hours to accommodate the process for I live in Australia, and been so far away Norma understood how difficult it was . I cannot speak more highly or recommend Norma enough . Norma was there morning , noon and night if I had any questions and responded instantly. I will be forever grateful for your professionalism, empathy and understanding Norma .

Norma is outstanding at her Job , She made it really easy and never applied any pressure .
When I needed to see the place more than once, she was at the ready and never a bother.

Paul recently closed the sale on my house and the whole process went great.
There was clear communication throughout and they certainly worked to get the best result possible.

Norma was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Norma  was so efficient and professional. I was kept so well informed on the status of sale regularly and always had a point of contact. I have delt with a number of other auctioneers when buying my house and some other land previously, however GVM far exceeded my expectations.
